Well, its September and rather than Autumn it appears we have Summer!!
This will be a great time to get back to fitness if you have had time off in the Summer months. Maybe the weather has dulled your enthusiasm for exercise and healthy eating?
It's time to wash those lettuce leaves and create some amazing salads for the week ahead!
